Sales Team Leader (fintech) at Smartbrainio
Format: Remote, full-time
Salary: 1200 EUR+bonus (~ up to 1500 EUR)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 7 managers with a passion for fintech.
Responsibilities:
— Recruitment, onboarding and training of the team.
— Managing team performance and achieving sales targets.
— Developing creative solutions and reporting to management.
— Motivating and engaging the team.
Requirements:
— 3+ years of proven experience in active sales.
— 3+ years’ experience in managing a team.
— Experience in participating in projects and building teams from scratch.
— Excellent negotiation skills and resourcefulness.
— Knowledge of financial markets and investment opportunities.
— Analytical skills and ability to build cold sales funnels.
— Proficiency in social media
— Knowledge of Google Applications package
— Knowledge of trading platforms — MT4, MT5, LIBERTEX is welcome.
— Fluency in Russian and English from B2 is mandatory.
— Higher education.
