Lustica Bay is inviting ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Social Media Specialist. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing Lustica Bay’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Your day-to-day will involve creating captivating content, managing our online community, and bringing Lustica Bay’s stunning lifestyle and events to life through digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

— Design and implement a content calendar that brings our marketing strategy to life.
— Craft and share engaging, on-brand content (images, videos, stories, reels, shorts) across all platforms.
— Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all social media accounts.
— Work hand-in-hand with local photographers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals.
— Capture live event coverage and destination highlights using company-provided equipment.

Strategy Development and Execution:

— Partner with the Brand and Content Senior Manager Digital Marketing Manager to develop a strategic roadmap for social media.
— Keep an eye on industry benchmarks to uncover new growth and engagement opportunities.
— Stay ahead of the curve on global social media trends, constantly refining our approach.

Community Management:

— Actively engage with followers by promptly responding to comments and messages.
— Build and nurture a positive, vibrant online community around Lustica Bay.
— Monitor online feedback and reviews across platforms (Google, Facebook) and share insights with the team.

Analytics and Reporting:

— Analyze the performance of social media campaigns, tracking KPIs and metrics.
— Deliver monthly reports detailing social media activities, growth, and engagement.
— Use data insights to fine-tune future strategies and content.

Additional Responsibilities:

— Collaborate across departments (retail, rentals, sales, events) to coordinate promotional content.
— Maintain an organized content library and digital asset management system.
— Assist in crafting innovative social media campaigns that align with larger marketing goals.

— Deep understanding of all major social platforms and their best practices.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

— Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
— Fluency in both Montenegrin & English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.

Experience:

— 3+ years of hands-on social media management and content creation experience.
— Proven success in crafting and executing social media strategies.
— Experience working with creative teams, photographers, and videographers.
— Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
