Remote from Europe (B2B) — Full-time

We’re looking for a Patient Support Specialist to become the first point of contact for patients and provide empathetic, structured, and high-quality support.

What you’ll do:

— Support patients via chat, email, and calls
— Help with prescriptions, pharmacies, billing, and platform questions
— Guide patients through their journey with clarity and empathy
— Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal teams
— Keep patients informed and ensure a smooth experience

What we’re looking for:

— English level C1–C2
— 2+ years in customer/patient support (remote experience)
— Strong communication and problem-solving skills
— Ability to stay calm in emotionally sensitive situations
— High level of empathy, ownership, and attention to detail
— Availability to work evening shifts (US time zones)

Nice to have:

— Experience in healthcare / telemedicine / mental health
— Familiarity with HIPAA, EHR, or CRM systems
— Experience supporting US customers
