Sardina Systems is an OpenInfra software platform company based on OpenStack and Kubernetes and is looking for a Middle/Senior System Administrator to join our team.
What will you do:
— Handle deployment of our software and related software
— Design and implement components in our automation tools, extending and replacing (where necessary) current code, to update with new functionalities
— Contribute ideas for making the applications better and easier to use
— Support of deployed cloud environments
Your qualifications
Required:
— Clear understanding of fundamentals of Linux operating systems
— Experience in system administration and network administration
— Experience with physical servers management HP, Supermicro, IBM
— Experience with physical network equipment HP, Cisco, Juniper
— Experience with software/hardware storage systems and/or FibreChannel SAN
— Good knowledge of Linux virtualization systems
— Experience with log management, monitoring
— Experience with automation tools Ansible or Chef
— Knowledge of Git, Python, and Shell-script (for system operations purposes)
— Written English would be sufficient
Will be a plus:
— Experience at an ISP, hosting services operator or network operator
— Knowledge of hypervisors (such as KVM, Xen, HyperV, VMware)
— Experience with cloud management platforms such as OpenStack, GCP, AWS
— Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
— Experience with data center operations
— Experience with software-defined networking
