German school IT Career Hub offers FREE internships with their graduates: Data Analysts, Web- and Python-developers!

To start an internship the following steps should be done:
1) A call between the stakeholders and IT Career Hub, discuss the task for an internship and selection criteria for interns (e.g. English skills, past experience in some field).
2) Announcement in the group of school graduates (150 people) and intro call with all interested candidates with Q&A.
3) Selection based on motivation letters/resume, we can give test assignments or short calls to find out motivation and soft skills.
4) Internship: 6 weeks (can be more), part-time, remotely.
5) After the internship, you give a PDF letter of recommendation if the intern has performed well.
