Hapi is looking for a Platform Technical Support Specialist who enjoys helping customers, solving technical puzzles, and working with modern B2B SaaS products in the hospitality space.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — troubleshooting issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver great outcomes.
We’re looking for someone who:
— Has 1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS or technical support
— Is comfortable troubleshooting beyond scripts
— Communicates clearly and empathetically in English
— Enjoys learning how systems work
Bonus points if you have experience with:
— Hospitality tech (PMS, CRS, integrations)
— AWS CloudWatch, APIs, JSON, Postman
