Responsibilities
The Account Manager responsibilities will be to increase client value by proactive outbound communication, all to ensure a personal, engaging experience to our client.

Building strong relationships with our clients, customers, and vendors.
Identifying and presenting new opportunities and solutions based on customer feedback.
Collaborating with various internal departments, such as product development, marketing, operations, and support.
Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to maintain positive relationships.

Requirements:
Experience in B2B as account management or sales role.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Be fluent in English- Must; Other languages is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple clients, projects, and deadlines.
Time management organizational and time management skills.
Be self-motivated, a team player, proactive, and able to manage a diverse workload.
Problem-solving: be able to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
Maintain a positive attitude and a «can-do» approach.
Scope:
This is a full-time position.
